The Mister Global competition is an annual male beauty pageant. Founded in 2014, the event features male contestants from around the world as they highlight their cultural background, charitable spirit, and of course, good looks. The contestants will be judged in three categories: swimwear, evening wear and interview. During the “National Costume” segment, each competitor wears an outfit that represents his home country.
The Mister Global competition focuses on more than just aesthetics. Each contestant must give back in some way. For the 2019 competition, Mister Global added the motto of “Inspiring Gentlemen” because they believe that those involved in the competition should be role models who encourage and motivate others. The organization also promotes environmental awareness; last year, they completed a successful fundraising event to support a Thailand-based organization that takes care of elephants.
The contestants inspire other people to fulfill their dreams and goals. Mister Global will continue its cause as an inspirational role model for young men all around the world. The winners and all participating gentlemen are champion environmentalists, and charitable and goodwill ambassadors.
In this 8th rendition of this unique competition, men from over 40 different countries travelled to Chiang Mai, a world-class tourism destination rich in culture, traditions, and tourist attractions situated in mountainous northern Thailand. They competed for the title of “Mister Global” during this world final which was held on 11 February 2023.
